This mental pain is so bad right now that I can't sleep and if I do I keep on having bad dreams.
I haven't eaten anything healthy in a week or so, I have low energy and I keep getting tension headaches.
I'm fine one day then the next I feel trapped in the darkness. This darkness keeps eating away at the happiness
that I look for. It's like a Parasite! It's constantly draining my energy and hopes.
I just hope someone will read this and pray. Because mental pain is way worse than physical. At least the Physical pain can heal easily.

so much has been going on in my life that last night I couldn't stop hyperventilating.
Felt like I was choking,my chest was tightening and I felt faint a few times. Almost called 911!
I wish I had more friends were I live.
